Prior to taking the survey, you may wish to:
- You should ensure that Business Leaders and HR Managers have bought-in into the process, so that you may obtain the appropriate support to implement the relevant HC interventions for the business after taking the survey. Ensure that you are authorised to represent your organisation to perform this Self-Assessment
- You may also wish to reach out to the subject matter experts of individual HC process areas in your organisation, to complete the relevant sections of the HCDT Navigator questionnaire.
