HCDT Self-Assessment Process

*Formally known as HCDT Navigator Assessment

It is a self-administered questionnaire, that will typically take around an hour to complete. 

The self-assessment is available in both Chinese and English, and the generated Organisation report will be based on your preferred language upon completion.

Step 1: Register an account, complete the Self-Assessment questionnaire which have the following components:

1. Organisation’s details
2. Organisation’s priorities and growth stage
3. HC Process Areas

Step 2: After completion, you can book a complimentary 60 mins advisory session with our assessor by registering via MS Form in the system. The HCDT Team will reach out to the organisation accordingly.
