By H2 2026, all assessments will be based on the refreshed BoC (version 3.0). You can access the refreshed BoC at this link. The refreshed BoC has added new and refined competency areas (e.g. Sustainability, Holistic Well-Being, Enable Business Value Creation, Lead with Principles and Values, and etc).
