What is the assessment process to be eligible for IHRP-CA, IHRP-CP, and IHRP-SP?

IHRP-CA

You will need to successfully clear all assessment papers to complete the assessment process.

· Paper A – Employment Policies and Legislation (30 MCQs) and,

· Foundation Paper (Paper N) – Fundamental HR knowledge and competencies as outlined by IHRP’s Body of Competencies (90 MCQs).

*You may be exempted from the Foundation Paper if you have completed any of these courses.

IHRP-CP

You will need to successfully clear all assessment Papers to complete the assessment process.

· Paper A – Employment Policies and Legislation (30 MCQs) and,

· Paper B – Functional and foundational competencies, focus on Mindsets and Behaviours (30MCQs).

IHRP-SP

You will need to successfully clear all assessment papers to complete the assessment process.

· Paper A – Employment Policies and Legislation (30 MCQs) and,

· Paper C – Functional and foundational competencies, focus on Mindsets and Behaviours (12 Short-answer questions)
