- Job Redesign Capability Workshop: An interactive workshop is designed for HR professionals, business leaders and line managers to empower teams with actionable strategies for impactful workplace transformation, without compromising team strength.
- Job Redesign Evaluation Tool (JRET): Launched in Q4 2025, this complimentary tool helps organisations quickly assess their readiness for job redesign, prioritise roles to redesign, and track the value and ROI generated—supporting the creation of more meaningful and impactful jobs.
- Job Redesign Case Studies: Based on strong interest from our certified professionals and the wider HR community, IHRP has started profiling progressive companies’ job redesign journeys to support shared learning.
