I am facing issues during my application process, when I click on “Apply now” button, a pop up “Please ensure you have updated the following sections in your Profile Page before commencing an application” and I am unable to proceed.

Kindly log in to IHRP Portal and ensure that the following steps has been completed:

Work Experience Page

Under "Work Experience" page, you have indicated your work experience correctly. Kindly ensure that the “Currently working in this role” for the past employment are marked as “No”. Only one current organisation should be marked “Yes”

CPD Details Page*

At "CPD Details" page, please ensure that you have 45 CPD hours accumulated and reflected in your profile. 

*This step is only applicable if you are applying for recertification.

Curriculum Vitae, HR Related Qualification/Training Certificate & Transcript Page

Go to the last section of your profile before "Summary" page, and create the following 3 mandatory folders with mandatory documents uploaded in each folder. To add folder, click on "Upload New".

• HR-Related Qualification/Training Certificate
• HR-Related Qualification/Training Transcript

If you are applying for IHRP-CA and do not have relevant training certificate/transcript, please submit a blank document to proceed.
